Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ALL-EVENT PACKAGE?
A: The All-Event Ticket Package includes tickets to all competition sessions and the Skating Spectacular. Additionally, All-Event buyers are the only ticket holders who can attend practices held in the main arena.
Q: WHAT IS THE SKATING SPECTACULAR?
A: The Skating Spectacular is an exhibition event where all the national champions in the Junior Division and all medalists in the Senior Division showcase their talents without the pressure of competition. The Skating Spectacular is the highly entertaining concluding event of the 2020 Toyota U.S. Figure Skating Championships and is a fan favorite.
Q: HOW DO I ORDER TICKETS?
A: There are two ways to purchase All-Event Ticket Packages:1) Purchase through Ticketmaster directly either by phone at 1-800-745-3000 or online by clicking here. 3) Purchase in person at the Greensboro Coliseum Box Office.
Q: WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS?
A: The first official practice day is Monday, January 20th. Competition runs Tuesday, January 21st through Sunday, January 26th. The Skating Spectacular will be held on Sunday, January 26th.
Q: HOW CAN I PURCHASE GROUP TICKETS?
A: Group ticket sales can be made by contacting Greg Marston at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. His phone number is 336.373.7433.
Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
A: All-Event and Weekend packages will be mailed toward the end of December 2019. You should receive your package by December 31, 2019.
Q: WHERE ARE PRACTICE SESSIONS HELD AND ARE THEY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
A: Practice sessions are held in both the Greensboro Coliseum's main arena and in the adjacent Special Events Center. Practices in the Greensboro Coliseum are only open to All-Event ticket purchasers. Practices in the Special Events Center are free and open to the public.
Q: WHERE IS FANFEST HELD AND IS IT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
A: FanFest will be held in the Special Events Center adjacent to the exhibit hall housing the Practice ice. FanFest is free and open to the public.
Q: WILL YOU BE OFFERING A SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM AREA HOTELS?
A: Shuttle passes are now available for sale on Ticketmaster by clicking here. Orders must be received by January 5th. To be able to purchase a spectator shuttle pass, you must stay at an Official Host Hotel and book your room through our Housing Bureau. You also must have purchased an All-Event Ticket package. Only spectators who are confirmed to have booked a hotel room through NC 2020 and purchased a package will be able to purchase a shuttle pass.
The spectator shuttle will service the Sheraton Greensboro, DoubleTree Greensboro and Holiday Inn Greensboro Coliseum. Spectators staying at the Drury Inn and Suites can walk across the street to the Sheraton Greensboro and take the Shuttle from there.
For those staying at the O.Henry Hotel, the O.Henry is providing complimentary transportation to and from the venue.
Q: WILL FOOD OR WATER BOTTLES BE ALLOWED INTO THE ARENA?
A: No outside food or beverage will be allowed in the Greensboro Coliseum Complex.
Q: CAN I BRING MY CAMERA?
A: No Video Recording of any type is allowed during any portion of the competition.
Personal Photography is allowed from the designated spectator seating area so as to not interfere with nor disrupt
(i) any portion of the event; (ii) event participants and their performance; (iii) the intended use of public areas' and/or (iv) the viewing ability of others. All photos taken during event must be for personal use only.
Unauthorized commercial use, sale, or third party distribution of photos and videos from the event is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from U.S. Figure Skating. Violators are subject to immediate removal from the vent and potentially held liable for any damage, or perceived damage, associated with the violation.
Prohibited equipment: No Monopods, No Tripods, No Telephoto Lens greater than 6 inches or 200mm. For the safety of the athletes, No Camera Flash is allowed during the event.
